Larry sources all of our flour from Australian flour mills, including South Australia’s own Laucke Flour Mills.
Sugar
Larry sources all of our sugar from sugar cane plantations within Australia.
Apricots
Larry sources our apricots from the farm in the Riverland that previously belonged to Darren’s (Kytons owner) grandfather.
Dried Fruit
This nearly all comes direct from the grower, guaranteeing superb quality in our hot cross buns, fruit cake, and Christmas puddings.
Coconut
Larry continues searching for coconut from Australia. So far, the coconut available has not met our specifications or quantities needed.
