A great variation on the traditional lamington – we’ve used orange sponge on the inside but left the award winning chocolate dip on the outside to create a tasty, “jaffa” like flavour.
Delicious as they are or serve cut through to show off the orange sponge and serve with the raspberry, coffee or traditional varieties to create a patchwork of lamingtons on a plate.
Due to the low level of preservatives and very moist chocolate coating, Kytons lamingtons should be kept refrigerated or alternatively stored in the freezer.
